Brackley is a specialist developer and investor of primary care centres for GPs and Primary Care Trusts. That is our sole business. Since formation in 1996 we have built, or have under construction, over 50 medical centres, many with pharmacies and other associated uses. |

| Development is about working together in Partnership and partnership underpins every aspect of Brackley’s work with our prospective tenants, or partners to the process, as we prefer to call them. |

| Development risks |

| It is our job as developers to take on all the development risks leaving our partners to pay only their legal and professional costs. We assume responsibility for the day to day operation of the project, leaving our partners free to concentrate on their clinical roles, but we do stress that as development is a partnership the best results are achieved by working together. |

| Continually evolving |

| The Brackley medical centre has evolved significantly and we are continually learning and adapting. Changes to Guidance, Statute, Contracts and Priorities of the NHS have meant that the evolution of our buildings is continual. What we learn we share with our partners, to make our next project better still. |

| Quality underpins the Brackley approach. We aim to provide the highest quality of building in the sector. Our highest priority is to use our experience to make it fit for its purpose now and into the future. This approach leads to a quality environment for patients and staff alike. |

| Brackley is extremely well financed with a high level of equity capital. We are not dependent on uncertain borrowing, and can therefore make financial decisions and commitments quickly. Both our financing arrangements and general approach lead to a very flexible approach to development. Our partners have real involvement in design and fitting out and we are able to offer different lease lengths and terms. |

| Brackley have a reputation, that we are proud of, for being "honest and direct" in our approach to our partners. We will not make undeliverable promises or mislead you into thinking we can do the impossible. Our in house skills range from financial expertise to former District Valuers to Chartered Town Planners. This team is committed and prepared to work for the long term to create schemes where there are many challenging and diverse problems to solve. |
