PHASE 5
			We now make a town planning application for our agreed scheme and take forward the legal process that will lead to a contract between us.

				Now the occupiers will need to spend money on solicitors fees. Up to now the occupiers have invested only time, unless they have employed other consultants such as surveyors to help them. During phase 5 our respective solicitors will have to agree:
				• • •	The Agreement for Lease The Lease in agreed form The collateral Warranties
				We also have to agree the build package and specifications that will be annexed to the Agreement for Lease, either directly or through surveyors. Once these are agreed and exchanged the parties to the agreement are legally bound and the construction phase (phase 6) is initiated. Click here to view Phase 6 of our process.
