Matthew Roberts MRICS
Managing Director

Matthew RobertsMatthew is a chartered surveyor with an extensive track record in the investment market and property development, stretching well over 30 years.

Brackley was founded by Matthew in 1995 and since then has developed over 100 surgeries and care homes throughout England and Wales.

Matthew keeps an overview of all projects and is available and happy to discuss anything with clients.

Andy Marshall MRTPI
Planning Director

Andy MarshallAndy is a chartered town planner and heads up Brackley’s planning team. He has been advising on development prospects and seeing schemes through the ever-changing planning process since joining us in 2003.

Andy has achieved an enviable 98% track record in delivering over 50 planning consents for the company by demonstrating the need and benefits of our developments. These include GP surgeries, care homes, extra care housing and ancillary developments, often as departures from local planning policy.

Rollo Marmion
Graduate Development Surveyor

Rollo MarmionRollo joined the Brackley team in the summer of 2018 after finishing his MSc in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes.

Before undertaking his masters, Rollo obtained a law degree, where he specialised in property law. He also spent two years working at a west London boutique estate agency.

He will bring this skillset to bear as he undertakes his APC with a view to obtaining RICS accreditation.

Jeff Moore MRICS
Principal Director

Jeff MooreNow largely specialising in the development of care homes across the country for a variety of clients, Jeff leads the team responsible for the development of numerous care homes with a current total value in excess of £80 million.

Prior to this natural diversification, he spent 10 years as a district valuer policing the development of GP surgeries, before joining Brackley and having direct responsibility for the development of over £100 million of new GP surgeries.

Jeff is also a RICS assessor for new chartered surveyors and leads Brackley’s Graduate Programme.

David Brill MCIOB
Director of Project Management

David BrillDavid has led the project management on all Brackley Investments’ developments for the last 15 years. These have included 42 new primary care projects with a total design and build value of £59 million and six new care home schemes totalling £36 million. He heads up the process of design development and project delivery for the company from initial technical feasibility through to handover and occupancy.

David is a chartered builder and has an MBA. He has over 35 years’ industry experience, most of which has been spent in design and construction roles for both contracting and development business.
 

Victoria Turner MRICS
Senior Development Surveyor

Victoria TurnerSince gaining RICS accreditation through our successful RICS Graduate Programme, Victoria has developed a well-earned reputation within the industry for her attention to detail and foresight in managing complex development schemes.

Recently Victoria played an integral role in a successful sale of a care home investment portfolio to the investment market.

Su Paxton
Office Manager

Su Paxton Su, who joined Brackley Investments in 1999, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and assisting and supporting company directors and the Brackley team in general secretarial duties.

Su also ensures that Brackley's triple BSI accreditation in Quality Management, Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems is maintained.
